A vehicle can be located with a precision of 25 cm/10”, allowing for single-space occupancy detection and guidance to available spaces—without deploying sensors in a garage or lot.

Special permits (e.g. handicapped, resident, executive, EV charging) can be issued or revoked at any time. Payment data can be associated, thus allowing for automated payment by use.

The location of each vehicle is detected by “anchors”, radio beacons placed around the perimeter of the parking area. These are small, low-power, and quick to install, eliminating the need for traditional parking sensors.
