Cleverciti also integrated its system with the third-party systems that power space detection in the shopping center’s parking garages and with legacy parking guidance signs. This integration allows for one unified guidance system to deliver data on all available parking options to visitors. Prior to deploying the Cleverciti system, the shopping mall had experienced a decline in visitors, recurrent traffic jams along the ring road next to the mall, and frequent complaints about the poor arrival and parking experience.
